Thousands of Points Gone!

I am so disappointed and upset! I have been saving my points for years to get something big that I really wanted. I had a baby last year and haven’t been able to shop and spoil myself, it’s been an adjustment. I finally went to buy something today and all

my points are gone, no warning no notice, nothing. I think I should cancel my order and shop at Ulta where they seem to value me more. This is so disappointing.
