This is the second time my order has been split. Sephora what gives?????

As the tile suggest, my order has been partially shipped. I need all my packages to arrive together and on time. I’ve emailed about this already and you guys still do this again? What gives????

Hi there @jaybq. To better service our clients, we use merchandise inventory from all our Sephora warehouses across the country. You will receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. You will receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment.
