This is insane!

I placed an order a little bit ago when it was delivered I arrived from work the box was mutilated ripped open with my items stolen, they now sent a replacement.. via LaserShip.. yep, where my package was put onto a vehicle for delivery, out for delivery, and delivered all within 3 minutes at a front door, while I shipped this to a business where there is no front door to ensure someone would be able to account for it. Filed an investigation with LaserShip to which their reply was that they were unable to locate it and to file a claim with the seller and then Sephora shuts me down and says since it is a replacement nothing else can be done.. 300+ dollars lost and a 10+ year customer also lost at this point..
