Third time broken product from Ontrac

Hello! I spoke with a rep yesterday and she was kind of off putting. This is the THIRD time I’ve had something delivered by Ontrac and my product has been broken. The first time it happened, I requested a resend. The second time I spoke with a rep because the shadows were broken again, but just to let them know that it did happen again. When I received my ABH Soft Glam pallet, one of the shades was again broken. The rep that I spoke with advised that I take it to a local store to have it replaced. Not that it’s an inconvenience, but when this is the third time to happen with this particular delivery service, it’s a problem. Every time I’ve had a delivery from a different delivery service it hasn’t been a problem!
