Third Order no samples

I just received my third order (in a month) today and ALL 3 of them have been missing samples. What the heck?! I've been a Sephora customer for a decade now and have NEVER had this happen before! Seriously! As a Rouge member I spend good money and LOVE getting samples- That's how I've discovered my favourite (and expensive) products like Sunday Riley Good Genes and Late Sommerville's Retinol+ Firming Eye Cream, Dr example. I don't want to come off as cheap but I seriously love using those samples when I travel for work and to see my family, they save me a lot of room in my luggage as well as allow me to find my new favourite products.
