Two orders delivered at the same time they refunded one not the other they said to contact my bank they bank said they are legally responsible

Just got a call saying I can’t be refunded I will be fighting this

@bamiboo I see that Laurie received your private messages but she is currently offline. She will respond as soon as she is online and available!

I just want my refund this is very unfair

This is ridiculous still no refund or callback from manager

Also a manager was supposed to call me still nothing I can’t believe what is happening no more Sephora for me!
