They Keeps Cancelling My Orders! ! ! !

My orders were cancelled 3 times in a few days. They keep saying my payment info are unable to be confirmed which I checked thousands of times. If the 25%off offer for sephora credit card member is just a fraud then I really have nothing to say…

Me as well! My past two orders were canceled and I didn't even know until I checked my orders... The first time I thought maybe the product was out of stock but by the second time, it definitely was not a coincidence.

Same! As if Sephora couldn't get any worse, how do you make it such a hassle to just take my money??? They've canceled my order twice now. And absolutely no email or text notification either. I am so done with Sephora. I'll be buying all my stuff on Amazon or Kbeauty sites, Sephora's service has been degrading for a while, the "rewards" are a joke now and its just not worth the hassle anymore. I get the same products for the same price or better elsewhere and with Amazon it gets here faster, with easier returns if needed and I basically get 5% off all the time with Prime. Done.
