The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Serum for Hair Density

I have a question. On December 23, 2020 I purchased The Ordinary - Multi-Peptide Serum for Hair Density. I only used it once, so I tried to send it back. But for whatever reason I cant. 

In December when I bought it I was told that there was no time limit to send back items during COVID.

Was wondering if I am still able to send this product back? I would like to try something else.
