Im currently a ROUGE MEMBER and I HAVE NOT been able to purchase the sephora sale because of this issue. Have reached out multiple time to customer service and they have not helped, not even calling the credit card extension. I think it is unfair that this happens because it is the only time that i can benefit from being a member of sephora and i cannot use my benefits because of an error with the system. Cannot say that it is user error if multiple people have reached out with the same problem. @sephora #rougemember

Just tried ordering $300 worth of stuff and had same problem.  Turned around and bought it from Ulta.  Won't be coming to Sephora again.  Fix your website!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  And don't ask people for their personal facebook/instagram details.  If you can give up those kinds of sales for a marketing gimmick get over it.
