Hi,

I have been trying to place orders online for the past 6 months, every single time I keep getting the same error message that my address is invalid. I have been ordering to this address multiple times in the past with no issues, and have been both on chat and on the phone with Sephora reps who have said they can't fix it. How am I supposed to order my stuff and continue to use Sephora if I can't even order online?? Please help
