The App is not working

I can’t add samples and I can’t access any birthday rewards. I’m in Canada, anyone find a workaround? 

Also: with a birthday of Dec 20 I always lose out on great birthday rewards.

I’m having the same two issues. I can’t add a birthday (even though I’m still in the 2 weeks before/after your birth date). I think our best solution is to contact CS and see what they can do. I’m also in Canada and it’s very frustrating .. however, with the samples, some times I just double click on the add button and it works but only on select samples.

Apparently they changed it and you can only redeem during your birthday month now! Also a late December birthday 😞 looks like we may have lost our 2024 gift :((
