I know this thread is for complaints and/or questions but I just wanted to take a moment to thank Sephora for making a recent change. Two orders ago, I did not receive my samples and was afraid with all of the other problems people were having that this would happen to me every time I ordered online. However, with my most recent online order, I DID receive three samples (even the ones I picked out). Thank you listening to my issue and actually fixing it. I hope the good changes continue! 🙂
