Text marketing promotion

Hello i signed up for text marketing but never received my promo code. Ive called customer service but they make it so difficult like im lying. Can ve gotten bogus codes and I really donโ€™t want to talk to another rep. 10% off isnโ€™t that much. Can i get my discount promised for signing up for texts please.
