Terrible service in store

I made a trip to Sephora yesterday hoping to take advantage of the sale to stock up on products I use. I looked for a worker to help me check if the product was available. The first worker I went up to told me she had another client and that she would come to me after but if not, she would get another worker to help me out. Waited about 10-15 mins so I decided to look for another worker around the store; I approached 2 more workers who both told me they were busy. I finally found a worker who was unoccupied and she helped me check drawer and told me she would check the back as well and to stay here to wait for her to come back. I waited 10 mins to watch her walk out of the back and straight to the counter to take someone’s payment. I would’ve at least appreciated it if she went up to me to tell me that they didn’t have it in stock. After that when I tried to get another worker to help me out because I had been waiting for so long, she said she would find another worker until I said I just wanted to see if a product was available. Then she told me some excuse about how she thought I wanted a consultation, but since I’m just asking about a product, she could help me. I’ve never had a bad experience at Sephora before but now I can definitely say I have and it was ridiculous
