Terrible delivery service - VEHO

I have had many things delivered via online orders and never had issues when Sephora uses services like Fedex, UPS, etc. My current order I found out is being delivered with Veho.  Never heard of it and after the TERRIBLE customer service issues, I wish I never had.  

 

After stringing me along for 4 days stating that they were unable to deliver my package and it was returned to the warehouse.  I had 4 different reschedules after texting back and forth with their reps.  I gave extremely thorough delivery instructions and even asked to receive a call if they are struggling mid delivery, which I don't understand since no other deliver service has issues (fedex, ups, doordash, uber, etc.).  After not receiving a call or my package for the 4th day in a row, I reached out and was told that my package was lost.  It's now been over a week since I ordered my products and I still don't have them. This company hires random people to deliver.  I personally don't want someone who doesn't work for a reputable company handling my deliveries.  In my opinion, I think someone stole my package and Veho has absolutely zero accountability. 

 

I am curious if Sephora will provide any sort of compensation for the headache.

 

I AM BEGGING SEPHORA NOT TO USE VEHO FOR THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE.  Knowing this is a possibility makes me not want to order anything online which in turn will decrease my overall spend with the company.  Please terminate whatever partnership you have with Veho.
