Terrible Return Policy

I bought an eyeliner pen from a stand alone Sephora in New Orleans. This is the closest stand alone to me. I did not like the pen and went to return it at Kohls was told I can’t and they recommended I call customer service. Customer service would not help and basically shut the phone in my face. I am not going to drive 2 hours to return something. They should really fix their return policy. I will never buy anything from Sephora!!! Ulta is so much better at returns.

@Reema14 I'm sorry purchases at our freestanding Sephora stores cannot be returned to our Sephora at Kohl's locations! You can learn more about our return/exchange policy here:

@Reema14 Sadly, Sephora and Sephora inside Kohl's do not operate the same that was why you couldn't return it there.
