Terrible Return Experience

Hello I know why you guys have a 2.9 rating on Facebook. Your customer service is terrible. I bought a set of fake eyelashes that are terrible. I didn’t want a return you can’t the product was used. I wanted my money back for the terrible product. Check my account. The associate on the phone and I both went through the fine print that says nothing about the eyelashes return policy. She agreed she couldn’t find anything and that is unfair to customers. For example final sale makes it very clear. It should be the same with the eyelashes I had no idea. The associate on the phone was not helpful and kept talking to her “supervisor”. These eyelashes were $12!!!! You make billions of dollars as a company. I’ve been a beauty insider for YEARS and have never returned or disliked a product. Only when I asked to delete my beauty insider account and say that I would shop at Ulta instead did she offer a $10 credit. That expires in 30 days. Why did it take for me to leave in order to help me. By the way that’s $2 short for my refund. She said she couldn’t do anything about it. I hope $2 was worth it as a company and putting a timeline on your credit is ridiculous. You’ll see me for the free bday gift once a year and I’m posting this every where I can.

Im so raged at sephora they have the worst costumer service ever! Completely useless, making more off orders we never get, they’ve robbed a lot of my money!
