Terrible Customer Experience - Belgrade, Shopping Mall Delta City

Dear Sephora team,

I would like to experss my really negative experience that I had in your retail store located in Serbia, Belgrade, shopping mall Delta City.
So, Im 6 month pregnant and Im carring a botle of water all the time with me which is something that I need to do cause of my condition. In mentioned store the security guy told me that I cannot bring water inside no matter if Im pregnant or not cause that is described under company policy. So I asked to speak with the store manager and she has the same attitude, which actually means that I can eaither leave the store or to trough away the bottle of water. I have been told also that water is not allowed cause of the “waterproof” products. Anyways, i liked Sephora a lot, i use to spent a lot of money there but from now on I will avoid this store. Moreover I will tell my story on the online portals for pregnant women just to let them now what kind of customer experience they might face in sephora retail. And also I believe that none of my friends would like to visit or buy anything from sephora.
I guess if you have that kind of approach to “kick out” the pregnant women considering CLOSED bottle of water that she carry as something dangerious then your policy hits base human rights. Also I would appreciate that manager store offered me an option to leave my bottle at the cashier instead of telling me “SORRY BUT NO”!
Im so angry that Im about to use all my marketing skills to spread this word around.

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience, Milena! I recommend contacting the store directly to submit a formal complaint, since we only cover Sephora US and Canada on this forum.

I have been told to come over here and ask for support. 

However your customer service is working on this with the local store in my country.
