Sephora Credit Card

I applied for a Sephora credit card, was approved and could now see the 25% off in my basket. However, according to Sephora and Commenity bank the temporary card never came through to my account. The bank’s solution was telling me I have to wait for the physical card. Is this some type of joke? After researching I see many people are having issues with the temporary card. How does this keep happening? Why has it not been fixed considering this card has been around for a few years now. Super disappointed and wishing I never opened the card up.
