Temporary Benefits Q

Hi all! I was recently hired (part-time) as a beauty advisor and was told the role would be temporary and at the end of the season theyโ€™d let me know if Iโ€™d transition to permanent. Do temp employees receive any free products as a benefit of their employment or is that only for permanent employees? I keep seeing mixed answers on this.
