Temp Sephora Card not working at checkout

Receiving an error when I check out using the temporary Sephora credit card that is listed on my payment methods (have not received physical card yet) and says I need to input my security code/CVC on the card. Tried mobile and computer with no luck.

I can place my order with a customer service rep over the phone in the meantime until I receive my psychical card in the mail?

@Anonymous If approved, you will immediately receive a temporary card that is loaded to your online account linked to your registered email address. You should then receive your permanent card within 10 days!

Why can't Sephora just give the CVN code to customers when giving the temporary card? So annoying. We used Ebates, we don't want to lose our cash back

Kevin Ive been on hold for 42 min, none of the representatives are able to help with my order and half of the items are now sold out.
