Tax overcharge for online orders

I am absolutely frustrated and done with Sephora. I have been overcharged taxes for half a dozen orders. The area code I live in is 84095. The taxes are never more than 7.25% here, but for some reason Sephora charges 12-15% taxes on my online orders. I have complained everytime, and nothing changes. Sometimes the customer support will issue a credit for the extra tax amount, but today has been the worst. Customer support representative Amyrah outright told me nothing will be done. What fraudulent service is this? Can Sephora officially acknowledge that they are fooling customers and charging taxes more than they are supposed to?

Outrageous taxes charged. For Sephora's "sale' today I was charged $22.45 in taxes.  Also, my gift card wouldn't work-I had to call 2 online representatives to assist. I won't be online shopping at Sephora again.

Did you figure it out? I doubt it was done on purpose. I had a similar issue after making purchases at another store. I didn't even know that until a republic tax relief customer service manager called me. I was lucky to regulate it and I hope you will also succeed.
