Tarte foundation

I bought a tarte foundation last week. Yesterday was the second day that I used it and I put it inside my cosmetic bag in my purse. For my surprise, today I opened the bag and the foundation was brohken. Only the foundation. I always carry makeups inside my bag, and this never happened before. Its the first time  that I use the brand product, and for me it looks a bad quality product, once it can even be carried in a bag.
