Taking too long to ship

 I placed an order on Monday. It’s now Friday and it still hasn’t been shipped. The item that I ordered said it can only be shipped via ground shipping Which typically takes about 5 to 7 business days. My expected delivery date is on the 21st, which is four business days from now.  I contacted customer service and they said there’s nothing that they can do. I use My 15% off coupon when I placed the order and I asked if they’re able to give me another coupon so that I can drive one hour away to the closest Sephora to pick up the items and they told me no.

@Format We are experiencing high volume due to our recent Holiday Savings Event and will be shipping your order as quickly as possible. We will notify you via email as soon as it has been shipped and we appreciate your patience! Your package should arrive on or around the estimated delivery date that was listed at checkout.

@Format I placed 2 orders on Tuesday and both haven’t shipped. I know during the sales the shipping is delayed and am okay with it. My ship arrival dates are not till 11/21 and 11/25.
