TINY stingy sample

I went to sephora yesterday and got 2 samples. one of The Olaplex treatment, and one for the Sunday Riley luna oil. I have THICK long hair down to my butt, The employee gave me one of those tiny plastic capsules halfway full of Olaplex.. What am I suppose to do with that? it's enough product to MAYBE use on my EYEBROWS. She also literally gave me 1-2 drops of the Luna oil which barely sat in the crease of the plastic capsule, not even enough to dip a finger in not enough for ONE use. Both Testers were new/full. I'm just totally baffled by giving a Rouge customer a half a capsule of olaplex the size of the tip of my pinky finger. becoming less and less jazzed about what you offer and how you treat people sephora

I'm really sorry to hear about your store experience and I will share this with our Retail Division! In the future, I recommend asking the Cast Member if they're able to add more product to the sample jar or to fill it to the top of the jar. Depending on the product , the sample jars may not be big enough for one application. I understand this may be disappointing and once again, I'm sorry for your experience!
