TForce not delivering my order

I'm Rouge status, and I typically place multiple orders from Sephora each month. Orders from previous months were all delivered to my condo (via Canada Post) without issues. My most recent order has been taking far too long and I now see that Sephora used TForce instead of Canada Post. Tracking status from TForce is claiming to have attempted delivery twice, but isn't completing the delivery due to "unable to access." This is ridiculous! I work from home and haven't seen a single attempted delivery last week. Moreover, when I contacted Sephora Customer Service Chat, I was told to contact TForce myself and see if I can rectify the issue with them before my parcel is sent back to Sephora.

While your customer service team is pleasant, I don't find that to be a helpful solution. I order from Sephora out of convenience -- not so that I can sit on hold with the shipping company during my work hours. If all previous deliveries via Canada Post are successful, perhaps the issue is TForce, not the shipping information I provide on my account (which is the same info used for all previous orders).

If a logistic issue like this arises, it should be the shipper's responsibility to contact the logistics company they hired and rectify the issue on behalf of the customer. Your support team is paid to offer customer support. The customer shouldn't be required to take time away from work to sit on hold with a shipping company that is only open Mon-Fri 9-5 EST. Not impressed!
