TForce has ruined ordering from Sephora

I don't think i will take a chance ordering from sephora again strictly because they insist upon using the nightmare service TForce Logistics. 3 """delivery attempts""" yet nobody rang my buzzer once and i was home ALL day. and they claim they tried to deliver at 10 pm, obvious lie. cheaping out and using this pitiful company has ruined online ordering!
