TERRIBLE Customer Service

Really terrible experience today.

 

Placed an order for 4 Bobbi Brown products - all showed as in stock when I placed my order and on the order confirmation/receipt.

 

Within 20 minutes, I needed to cancel the order because despite having entered a new/alternate shipping address, the system didn't save the new address information and the order was shipping to my old address.

 

Chatted with Customer Service and was told - well we'll try to cancel the order but its probably not going to work so when you get the package call us back and we'll tell you how to return it.  WHAT??????

 

Asked to speak with a Manager - was told I had to call.

 

Called, asked to speak with a Manager - was refused.  Asked that order be cancelled - got the same message "we'll try but there's no guarantees."  

 

Asked to speak with a Manager - was told no.  Asked to speak with a Manager - was asked to hold.  Hung up after spending 20 minutes on hold.

 

Tried to order through Sephora to earn 3% cash back through eBates.  Will NEVER order through or shop at Sephora again.  Totally not worth the aggravation.
