T Force Shipping

Hi everyone!

 

While I would like my first post to be more positive, I am at my wits end with T Force shipping. This is the third time in the past few months that my delivery is delayed due to an exception. I live in a single family home where there should be no exceptions. I have called T Force and they always say the same: that there was an error on their end and I should expect the package soon. I am such a loyal Rouge customer to Sephora but I am seriously questioning shopping elsewhere because of this as many items that I purchase are out of stock at my nearby locations. I have done some research online and it seems this is a common problem. I really hope Sephora is looking into this.

 

Does anyone have any recommendations?

I placed an order during the black friday day sales and i too have been having shipping issues with this Tforce. I had no idea others had the same problem and now it all makes sense!!! My order has been out for delivery the past 3 days and has failed to be delivered. Everytime i check there is a new delivery date. I sent an inquiry about my package on tforce and obviously got no reply. I definatley am not placing anymore orders through sephora online again if they continue to use them.
