Suspended account/Missing Items from order

Hi, I just received an order after the rouge sale. Not only I found out 2 items was missing from the packing slip and the shippment despite me getting an email everything was shipped. I called in to only find out my account is being suspended. What the heck ? Can someone please look into this? The person at the call center can't give me a reason why this is happening? I'm frustrated.
