Support for international customer

Hello, I am writing this if Sephora can provide any clues to extend my points expiration date. I am currently living in Japan,  where Sephora International is NOT covering its online shopping. My sister went to Hawaii last November so I asked her to purchase the little item for me as the points can be extended. However, I have no plan to travel the U.S. nor Sephora is not covering Japan for international shopping. So would you kindly assist me to refresh/extend my point expiration? Since there are more than 2400 points, I would like to redeem them when I finally could visit Sephora again. (My sister could not speak English and was difficult for her to redeem the items on behalf of myself.)

I apologize in advance for the inconvenience. I am hoping Sephora will support my situation somehow.
