On Friday I arrived in NYC from Tennessee without any of my makeup and thanks to the superior customer service of Mia at the Sephora located at 580 Fifth Avenue I had my complete makeup bag replaced in less than 30 minutes! Mia was precious and went above and beyond to help calm my nerves and ensure that I was taken care of! I lost my survey slip and would love an opportunity to formally complete in order to share how awesome sweet Mia really was!
