Super late delivery

My order should have been delivered on December 8. It was then moved to December 11 and now December 12. It is not allowing me to cancel even though I no longer want the items and they have not gotten to me as yet. This is unacceptable. I should be allowed to cancel if the issue is caused by Sephora or the delivery company. Why am I being punished
