Super Late Delivery

Hi, I placed an order on September 6th, and it was supposed to arrive by the 11th. It’s now September 20th, and I still haven’t received it. I understand occasional delays, but this is frustrating. For a company offering high-end products, I expect a better level of service. Not to mention how many times my samples have been missing in the past. I even don't expect them to be in the package anymore. 🙂

I’d appreciate an update on my order and hope this can be resolved soon.
