Suggestion

Hi there! I have more of a suggestion than a complaint. I am so tired of trying to buy or return Sephora products and being told certain locations don’t have products or accept returns from other locations. Sephora is a major, well-known, brand and I think you should get aligned across locations. I honestly don’t care if it’s Kohl’s Sephora or stand alone - both should have products available and both should accept returns. No reason for all of the complications and it just irritates the customer, which I’m sure isn’t what you’re going for. Thank you for considering! #customerservice
