Subscribe to Post Mail and Email

I want to be able to receive mail and email offers and freebies through mail and post mail. I checked all my information and everything is updated but I've never received anything by post mail and some stuff but not a lot for email. How can I solve this? I never received my card so I always scan my phone but it would be nice to have. TIA!

Hi @Vickmarie All of our promotions are sent out via email. A couple times a year, we send some clients direct mail. If you haven't been receiving emails regularly, please send me a private message with your registered email address so I can take a look at your subscription.
