Submission error for Elemis product

I’ve been trying to submit a review but keep getting a submission error. Please advise.

It’s been happening since yesterday. My first submission went through but then I tried to submit reviews for a few different Elemis products that I’ve tried and I keep getting this error message. I tried deleting the app, waited hours, used different devices, and even turned off my phone. I don’t know if it’s something to do with my account. Is there technically support available?

I’m not sure how to private message you, but I changed my settings so you can PM me. I’m still getting the error message. It’s Elemis Superfood Hydrating Oil, the pro collagen marine hydrating day cream, night cream, cleansing balm etc. Thanks.

@sheiley I'm so sorry about this! Are you seeing the error message on both the app and desktop? Are you encountering the error with a specific product or whenever you try to submit a review for any product?

It happens with all the elemis products. I am having the same problem when trying to press submit and it says submission error
