Submission Error in Reviews

I've been trying to write a reviews for the past couple of days and I keep receiving "Submission error. Please try again later." Is there any way to fix this?? Help??

I’m still having this issue. I wrote a long review and then it’s just like sorry, doesn’t even give you a chance to save what you wrote to resubmit it!

I'm having the same problem with a negative review. *sigh* I might let my Rouge membership lapse. I'm now concerned that product reviews are unreliable.

Did you used the app? My reviews went through when I used the Sephora app. maybe you can try that? Hope that helps!

I'm having this as well, but only when I'm trying to leave a negative review....

The same thing has been happening to me for like 3 days!

I emailed customer service and no luck! They thinks it may be due to not following the reviews' guidelines, but I don't think that's the case.
