Subcription

So it’s now March 1 and no play box but I got an email reminding me that March’s payment is getting taken in a few days. Anyone else not get their box yet??

Hi @Tatysmile,

We apologize for the confusion. Payments for each month happen between the 1st and 4th of every month. You will start to receive your box around the 20th of each month. I hope that this clarifies, and if you have further questions please send me a PM for further assistance.
