Stuck for days Awaiting carrier pickup

Placed order on March 22rd 2023 online for Jouer cosmetics concealer and Tower SOS daily facial spray. My order also included a free Ilia Birthday gift, 2 samples, and 4 to 5 items using some of my beauty points. Order says “shipped” with an assigned tracking number. Unfortunately, anytime I’ve tried to check it’s status or track the order it has continued to show “Awaiting Carrier Pickup” since March 23, 2023. Pls help, thank you!
