Store credit

Hi, I have a large store credit card that has been lost during multiple moves. Of course I no longer have the receipt. Is there any way that Sephora can look into my transaction history through my beauty insider membership to see my large return and provide me back with the store credit? I spoke with customer service and they said they cannot do anything without the card number. I don't understand how customer service cannot look through membership transactions and see a store credit given as well as when store credit is used for purchases. Please help!!!! It's too much money and house worked to be lost!

I'm so sorry to hear this! Regretfully, we do not have a way to look up a store merchandise credit with only your account information. Store Merchandise Credits are treated as cash, as they cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen. I apologize for any disappointment this may cause.
