Store credit

Hi I have a store merchandise credit and I’m wondering if I can use it to buy a gift card in store so I can purchase something that’s online only? Or is there a way to have it become online credits?

Hi @Anonymous,

 

I'm sorry, Store Merchandise Cards cannot be replaced with Sephora Collection Gift Cards. Store Merchandise Cards can only be redeemed in store. Please also note that they never expire.
