Store credit missing funds

  • Hello…

  • I returned a foundation on December 14 in which I received a store credit for $37.04. I have been saving the store credit card for my daughter‘s birthday and have not used it until I was going to this morning.
    Upon checking the balance it is now $15.14. I have not used this and if you check my history, I have either used PayPal or Klarna.
  • Please help me in finding what happened to my other half of the balance.
