Store closing earlier

Really annoyed that my local Sephora just randomly started closing an hour earlier right before the big sale. I rushed to get there during the last hour today because work has not allowed me to go before then and everything sold out online, and the employee was so rude before I even got the door halfway open. “We’re closed.” And I was like “I thought you were open until 9. You’ve always been open until 9?” And she was just so rude about it. Like you can’t get mad at customers for being confused when you randomly change your store times and then upset because now we missed out on the sale. And 8 pm is too early to close. I’m just so turned off from buying anything from Sephora again after this.
