Store and Customer Service Complaint

Hello,

I booked a full face makeup application online for same day. I realized the time was wrong and in order to cancel online it wants to charge $20. That is insane as the booking was just made minutes ago. I contacted the store (Bramalea City Centre) and was told they could not do anything to help me. They said only Customer Service Care line could assist. I asked for the number and the individual said I need to put you on hold...they hung up. I googled the customer care phone number and called. After waiting on hold for almost 10 minutes the "customer service" Carla rep said she cannot help me either and that the store is the one to assist. I advised her I was told to call them she continued to become argumentative, talk over me and tell me repeatedly she could not help that the customer service line only deals with orders. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she said "She will tell you the same thing" I said that's fine I still want to speak with a supervisor. She laughed and said hold please and guess what....she also hung up. Now I am on hold AGAIN waiting for another beauty advisor on the customer care line. Called back and got the same representative who claimed she did not hang up that the call disconnected. How convenient that all Sephora phone lines - store level and customer service lines can't seem to put customers on hold. Sephora you need to get your act together.
