Store Credit not showing on my account

I ordered almost $400 worth of stuff during the VIB sale this past weekend and had forgotten to enter my 20% off VIBBONUS code during checkout. Called the Customer Service line as soon as they opened the next morning and the rep said she would put the 20% worth of credit on my account since they couldn't modify the order.

 

However, it's now been two full business days, my order has shipped, and my account has been charged...but there is no store credit appearing on my account. I've looked under the Payments and Credits section of my Sephora.com account, tried to load items into the online checkout to see if there would be a "Credit Applied" message when at the checkout page, and nothing.

 

Has anyone else had this problem? Or know if I'll even get the credit I was told would already be applied? Any help is appreciated! My only other option is to just return everything as soon as it arrives since I only wanted to stock up with the coupon's discount.
