“Store Companion” Organization

I got two messages in my sephora inbox recently: Meet ‘Store Companion’, and ‘Learn how to Holographic Highlight and Contour’. Both of these direct me to the ‘Find a Store Near You’ page. Store near me doesn’t offer the holo class, and there’s no way to search by service/class you’re interested in, so I’m stuck going alllll the way back through several stores in my area only to get to the ‘choose a class’ page and see that the class isnt being offered there. Helpful. Then I go through the same process via ‘store companion’, choose a store and a class of interest, only to be shown ‘there are no available dates’. This section of the app/site really needs a full remodel. I’m losing my mind trying to book anything. I generally give up and just feel cheated out of my membership benefits. Also, I don’t see how ‘store companion’ has changed the features in ANY WAY. You could always check if a product was available in a certain store. The class scheduling system is still a mess. I don’t get it.
