Stop shipping with TForce

Hello,

 

I want to cancel an order thats already shipped. Sephora says my order would come by June 12. I am leaving on the 14th for my vacation so I ordered from your online store on July 9th as It was convenient for my busy schedule. Today I kept checking my mailbox thinking it was sent by Canada Post but I see nothing. I then checked thats its being shipped through TForce which I have already had multiple bad experiences wether its with their weeks of delays, bad customer service, and packages showing up damaged. I checked with TForce and it says they haven't even received the items and that the package info has only been sent today (even though Sephora and TForce had 4 days to process and that Sephora's kept insisting the package would come by the 12th) now it says on TForce thats its coming by July 16, but the thing is I wont be here on the 16. If I had known id get into this I wouldn't had ordered online and just bought it during a day off in store. Please let me just cancel this order and buy it in store instead cause this is not something I want to deal with. 

 

I am suprised Sephora would consider this horrible logistics company when it causes customers and sephora so much money and time wasted trying to resolve issues with their terrible partner, TForce.

Update: Sephora has only emailed me 5 hours ago saying that its been shipped through TForce and is expected by today. Its currently 9PM, I don't expect the package to come today specially when its being shipped by TForce. Please let me cancel the order and give me a refund. I will just buy it in store instead.
