Stolen package!

I got some sephora gift cards from my sister for my birthday, and i ordered for the First time online a few days ago for almost $400. I was not home when my package was delivered and when i got home it was NOT there, it was definitely stolen. Im so upset That sephora wasnt able to do anything because it was a “high price” order, it should be a priority if its a higher order and to NOT just drop it off if no one is home to answer the door. According to canada post app it was left at the door not even left at a post office for pickup. 

they told me basically they have no solution SINCE it was a higher order, Like??? 

i don’t know what to do, now i don’t even have my items or a solution and my gift cards are down the drain… thanks sephora for your bad customer service
