Stolen package

I was sopoused to receive my package tomorrow somehow it says it was delivered today and someone named valles signed for it and no one was home when it was delivered i know no one by that name or last name  i called ups  and they just repeat the same thing that says on my informed delivery and its now under investigation what does one do about this  im now out 56 dollars and my birthy gift 😭
